Traditional Dental Implants in Philadelphia

Not all patients are eligible candidates for the SameDay Smile® procedure, such as when bone regeneration or grafting is required prior to placement of the implants. The traditional implant procedure involves placing the titanium implant and allowing it to remain undisturbed for 6 weeks to 6 months so it will be securely integrated. During this time, the patient’s missing tooth/teeth are replaced with temporary teeth that either rest on the gum (removable) or are attached to other remaining teeth. We ensure that you will never be without teeth in the visible “esthetic” areas of your smile.
