Dental Treatment for Gum Disease & Periodontics

Pennsylvania Center for Dental Implants and Periodontics was founded by Dr. Robert A. Levine, an internationally-acclaimed implant surgeon and periodontist. The center specializes in conservative treatment of gum disease as well as restorative procedures like crown lengthening to address "Gummy Smile" and bone regeneration to assist in teeth implants. The overall goal is to aesthetically enhance your smile and improve the health and function of your teeth and gums. Dr. Levine was one of the pioneers of a revolutionary dental implant procedure that allows patients to have a fully restored and functional smile in one convenient office visit (Click here for more information about the Center’s proprietary SameDay Smile® procedure.)

Preventing Dental Surgery in the Delaware Valley

Periodontal diseases are infections of the gums, which gradually destroy the support of your natural teeth. The best way to prevent gum disease or a visit with a dental surgeon is effective daily brushing and flossing as well as regular professional examinations and cleanings. Some people, even with the most diligent home dental care, can still develop some form of periodontal disease. Once this disease starts, professional intervention by a qualified oral surgeon is necessary to prevent its progress.
