Case Study #1: Marcia J.
Chief Concern: 61 year old female presented with aesthetic concerns of having a missing right lateral incisor (#7) and soon to be missing left lateral incisor.
Treatment Received: In one surgical visit, #10 was removed with single implants placed in both #7 and #10 sites with hard and soft tissue augmentation. Final crown restorations for #6 through #11 was commenced 4 months later.
Case Study #2: Henry F
Chief Concern: 19 year old male was born with congenitally missing lateral incisors.
Treatment Received: After confirmation of skeletal growth cessation, in one surgical visit, gummy smile correction was completed and single implants were placed in sites #7 and 10. Eight weeks later his case commenced to completion with single crowns.
Case Study #3: Shannon D.
Chief Concern: 19-year old female is concerned with the looseness of her 2 upper primary canines and desires permanent single teeth. In addition, she is unhappy with her asymmetrical gummy smile.
Treatment Received: In one surgical visit, removal of her primary canines, placement of immediate implants with bone grafting and correction of her gummy smile. Fixed screw-retained temporary crowns were placed the following day and final crowns were made a few months later.
Case Study #4: Samantha
Chief Concern: Patient presents to replace congenitally missing maxillary lateral incisors #7, 10 post-orthodontic therapy.
Treatment Received: Single implants were placed and restored as single crowns with porcelain veneers #8 and #9 (central incisors).
Case Study #5: Jessica
Chief Concern: Maxillary lateral incisors were missing (#7 and 10) with a large bony defect (patient’s right side #7) due to previous traumatic canine extraction. Patient completing orthodontic therapy.
Treatment Received: Single implants #7 and 10 with cosmetic bleaching of all other teeth. Large defect reconstruction was necessary for implant site development #7 prior to implant placement. Case Study #6: Hui
Chief Complaint: Patient presents with cosmetic concerns of tooth color and position as his maxillary lateral and central incisors (#7 thru 10) are in cross-bite to his lower front teeth.
Treatment Received: Full mouth orthodontics with immediate extractions of #7 and 10 upon orthodontic completion (both teeth were non-restorable) single crowns #7 thru 10 were his final restorations.
Case Study #7: Robin P.
Chief Concern: 44 year old female presents post-orthodontics with congenitally missing lateral incisors (#7, 10).
Treatment Received: Two dental implants were placed with crown lengthening of both cuspid teeth (#6, 11) and Guided Tissue Regeneration (GTR) using Emdogain™ around both central incisors. Single porcelain crowns were placed 6 months later.

Chief Concern: Excess gum tissue gives the appearance of “short” teeth; both lateral incisors are missing
Treatment Received: Gum recontouring/crown lengthening with implants replacing lateral incisors.

Treatment Received: After confirmation of growth cessation, 2 dental implants were placed with single porcelain crowns for #7 and #10.
