As some of you may be aware, Dr. Fava took over the practice of Dr. John Di Girolamo – known as Butler Pike Periodontal Associates in Ambler, PA – in 2017 after Dr. Di Girolamo’s untimely death. Dr. Girolamo had a wonderful reputation as a great and caring clinician, providing his local community with expert and compassionate patient care.
We’re pleased to announce that the Ambler practice will now be known as part of the Pennsylvania Center for Dental Implants & Periodontics. That means our patients will have a choice of two convenient locations, knowing that the guiding principles they have come to respect and enjoy at the Northeast Philadelphia location will be found in equal measure at the Ambler office.

You’ll note that our website, padentalimplants.com, now reflects our two office locations, and provides one central online presence where you can send messages, request appointments for either location, and read up on the latest technologies and treatment options available. If you have not already done so, please follow us on Facebook, where you will find patient testimonials, featured cases, helpful tips and other practice news. For now, both offices will retain their current phone and fax numbers, which are listed on our website.
