Join Dr. Levine and his Civil War-era band on March 10th

The 69th Pennsylvania Irish Volunteers will once again delight an expected packed audience at The Sumney Tavern on Saturday, March 10th. Join Dr. Levine (yes, he’s musical, too, for those of you who don’t already know!) and his band from 7 pm to midnight. All proceeds, as always, will be donated to Civil War battlefield, tombstone dedications and Irish preservation projects.

The Sumney Tavern is located at 1610 West Point Pike in Lansdale, PA 19446. Call the tavern to reserve a table or for more information on 215-699-5693.

The 69th Pennsylvania Irish Volunteers Band’s two CDs are for sale and can be purchased at the Pennsylvania Center for Dental Implants and Periodontics. Call the office at 215-677-8686 or order online at www.pa69irish.com. The price of $18.95 for either CD includes shipping and handling.

Great Results from Fundraising Efforts

CD and other fundraising monies thus far have helped the organization place and dedicate nearly 100 gravestones as well help in the cleaning up of the desecrated Mt. Carmel Jewish Cemetery in 2017. The organization was involved with the Irish Memorial Project in Philadelphia, was the color guard at a dedication at Penn’s Landing and was the color guard and played music at the 100th anniversary of the Dublin Rising dedication at Independence Mall with thousands in attendance.
