Early morning patients may have noticed a friendly new face behind our reception desk. Hired to replace our beloved Barbara Conway, who retired in December after nearly 25 years, Christine “Tina” McKinstry joins Christine Parkes in welcoming patients to the Pennsylvania Center for Dental Implants and Periodontics. We’re convinced Tina’s a great fit for our team. And the feeling is apparently mutual.
“Everyone who works here is so warm and welcoming. I know it sounds cheesy, but I already feel like I’ve been here for ages.”
From Northeast Philadelphia, Tina worked as a secretary in the ER department at Aria Health for 23 years before one day deciding to look for a position with “more normal hours” which would also offer weekends and holidays off. Married to Tim since 1991, they’re the proud parents of three children, two sons and daughter.
Tina’s enthusiastic about the patients she’s met thus far.
“These people are making an investment in their health and they expect results. I enjoy talking to everyone and helping them feel as comfortable as possible.”
