As the front desk patient coordinator for our Ambler office, Debora Treml provides an important liaison for new patients who either are referred to us by other dental professionals or who find us after their own diligent research.
“As the first contact person for new patients, I’m able to speak to them to take the important time needed to not just make appointments, but assess health needs,” she explains. “Sometimes special help may be needed for patients who come to us with medical conditions that need addressing or maybe these individuals just have a lot of anxiety about seeing someone new or possible treatments they require.”
Debora has been involved in the dental field since 1989 and says that she has “always found interacting with people very enjoyable.”
She says she’s “privileged” to work with what she terms “top doctors” and feels that patients always leave the office assured that they’ve made the right decision in coming to Pennsylvania Center for Dental Implants and Periodontics.
“With Dr. Fava’s guidance, this practice is continually growing in terms of incorporating new technology, education and training,” she says. “Our doctors really care about patients and their wellbeing.”
The mother of two grown children and proud grandmother of four children she loves spending time with, Debora enjoys decorating and antiquing with friends as well as reading about nutrition and holistic health. She is keenly aware of the significance of oral health and periodontal disease and the relationship to overall health in our bodies.
“It’s really important to keep our mouths healthy!”
